The service is owned and operated by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), an Executive Agency of the Department for Transport.
Conditions of Use
You the customer will assume data protection responsibility in line with Data Protection Legislation for any information you will have access to as a driving licence holder.
Costs
There will be a cost associated with this service in line with the fees defined in Legislation.
DVLA reserve the right to amend the cost of this service without prior notice.
Audits and Reviews
DVLA reserve the right to carry out audits and reviews of your compliance with the terms of this service, and you the customer shall agree to co-operate fully with any such audit or review.

Continuity of service
